Hair Fusion Policies
Reservations & cancellations extensive and/or multiple salon services may require a major credit card to secure your appointment. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment(s), please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of a percentage of the service total. For a “no show”, your credit card will automatically be charged for the full value of services.
As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your scheduled appointment at least one business day prior to your appointment. Additionally, our scheduling system will also out an email or text (SMS) reminder of your appointment. If we or our scheduling system are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.
If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your stylist will do his/her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure the best service and experience, we encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
We welcome walk in guests! However, if availability is limited you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an appointment.
Child Safety Policy
We love children, and we hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of our guests. Children are only permitted in the salon or beauty area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Jewellery & Personal Items
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing jewellery, phones, and accessories.
Forms Of Payment
We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept visa and MasterCard our gift cards and cash. Sorry we do not accept discover, American express or personal checks.
Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is 15% – 20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. Our team greatly appreciate your generosity.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards are non refundable, but they are transferable.
Retail products are non refundable and cannot be exchanged as a credit towards a service.
Information that is gathered from visitors, In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as visitors IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.
Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.
When registration is required, the visitors email and a username will be stored on the server.
